EMDR and Dealing with Trauma

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a transformative therapy technique that facilitates healing from past trauma and distressing experiences. Through guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps individuals process and reframe negative memories, reducing their emotional impact and empowering clients to move forward with greater resilience and clarity. Experience the profound benefits of EMDR in unlocking your potential for healing and growth. EMDR is a fast-pace technique where clients can more quickly resolve traumatic events than traditional talk therapy. It requires at least three 45 minutes "preparation" sessions.  Once EMDR begins, the average session is 90 minutes.
